Advantages

If filing from within the U.S., you may be eligible to live and work in the country while your Adjustment of Status application is pending with USCIS.

Success in the EB-1A category leads directly to Lawful Permanent Residency – a 10-year Green Card.

Permanent residency is granted not only to the primary applicant but also to their spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21.

Unlike investment-based visas, the EB-1A focuses on your talent and professional expertise rather than large financial contributions.

You can use Premium Processing to receive a decision on your petition in as little as 15 business days.

The visa provides a direct path to a Green Card, allowing applicants to obtain permanent residency in the USA and pursue their professional goals in one of the most dynamic and exciting countries in the world
